I wonder if those large columns will transition to steel columns at grade?
Hard to tell from the drawings. Could be round concrete columns.

This one feels like it's moving so fast but the site was cleared already a year ago. It is still nice to see this start rising.

I agree!

I love going into the supertalls sub and seeing all the mega tall steel buildings going up in NYC on lots the size of a postage stamp. Its something.

I look forward to see the progress once at ground level and onto steel framing.

This has the potential to go up really quick because of the steel skeleton.

I guess the core is more complex than usual since it'll have a lot of steel structures cantilevered off of it.

Unless something has changed since the deal was originally completed, which I doubt, Apple is actually taking 4 floors not 2.

Back in June you suggested that the columns could be steel. I assumed you were right.
