Given the chance to gain financially from earlier projects, it's nice to see some of the more mature developers with a heart for the city by leaving their mark and legacy with nicer and way more expensive towers.

Wow, thanks for posting! I hope that the glass within the concave sections at the base have darker tinted glazing as hinted at more so in past renders. Would make for a great contrast

Everything in the more developed renders have exceeded my assumptions from the original renders. Looks like they're going full Calatrava.

I think they went a bit extra with the new triangulated glass at the concave cut-outs. Thought it was more fitting with the organ pipe aesthetic when it was just simple offset rows of glass

Maybe because it's a new render, but the glass looks much more prominent here, which of course would make the tower look duller than it did before.

FYI the City's UDP has lots of problems with this design. They see lots of flaws. Go figure.

I would hate to see many of the elements eliminated to appease those know-it-all.

Just had a question about the open breezeways on each floor but given the height and amount of wind that will go through, wouldn't it affect the elevators or will there be another door to the elevator doors?

I remember at Trump they sent out a bulletin on windy days to not open windows as it'll affect the performance of the elevators

Wow they've totally amended the mirrored component in the concave sections. I really liked the mirror but I think I like the diagrid even more. This tower looks fantastic, can't wait to see it go up.

Everything always looks amazing in pictures and in the accompanying blurbs. But then the reality comes.

Why does it look like there is no glass between the shower and the toilet seat? Also, those are some highly impractical washroom sinks with almost no table space.

The building looks fantastic, but the interiors look rather impractical. Of course, it won't be a problem if one won't live in the suite...

The bathroom mirrors don't look like cabinet doors, either, as there are cubbyholes at the sides.
There is a small shelf below the mirror, but impractical heightwise.
