Hard to say but they're solid in the rendering.

the spires will be solid once work is complete inside them. You guys should see the lobbies, they are quite a showpiece!

A couple pics from Centennial Place a couple weeks ago, sorry for the crappy cell phone pics.

Looking east down 3rd Ave (28th floor)

28th floor southwest view

2 lobby pics

I'll have a lot more opportunities to get over there in the coming months, I'll be sure next time to bring my camera.

Thanks everyone for your comments! The south view shot you like is actually where my new office is going to be. Wait until I can get pictures from the west view showing the mountains and the north showing the river valley. I think I got ripped off with my south view. haha! I'm excited, move in date is scheduled for June 1st!

^Nice that you get to work in a shiny new building, especially as one as good as Centennial. I think it turned out really good and adds to the skyline nicely.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess there will for sure be a coffee shop.

There's a coffee shop and a restaurant going into the podium, with both having outside access to 2nd ave. There will also be an entrance from the outside to a fitness centre of some kind - that will be on the southeast corner IIRC. The rest of the retail (standard food court, drycleaners, etc..) is inside

I was hoping for better retail street frontage, but on the plus side, both the restaurant and cafe will have patio space.

Gorgeous update; beautiful complex.

Question - All of the new highrises: With all of this commercial space coming online, is there a demand for this amount of commercial space? How much is committed?
