I consider that Food Basics outside of the downtown. Mind you, it's not far outside of it, but it's a decent distance away from those who live on the south side of the downtown core... and especially the South/West side. Definitely not a walkable distance if you're carrying a good amount of groceries.

I think there needs to be something closer to the heart of the downtown core, but it doesn't have to be as large. Even something half the size would make a huge difference.

I think they're on the last floor or done and doing some finishing work. Cranes are likely to come down in the next month or two, or at least one of them.

I purchased a unit here and received a letter yesterday that move in is February 12, 2024 !

They predicted 2024 but I'm pretty sure they said mid to late 2024
