Oh, I still feel the selective reflectivity is BRILLIANT.

How will the color White go about getting dirty? With the thunderstorms in the summer all that rain, and the snow during the winter, the sun, all these factors that could be involved. We all know that white is very easy to get dirty, is the painting going to be covered with something or what?

I think the rails are only going to help tie this design together, providing a link between the balcony they are on and the next balcony up.

They need to improve the curvature of the railings.
The concrete balconies flow....the railings do not.

I LOVE this building. I hope Ms. Gang can see the obvious.
