^ interesting! Idk why I thought the underground garage was already finished. And lmao of course they'd call it that, good lord

Anyway here's some pics from today!

Looks like a crane jump is coming up. Still no sign of that mech floor + setback, but it's gotta be soon.

Love the perspective of the last shot above^ and cant wait for the setbacks. Just wish, along with everyone else, this was more than 30 feet above One Bennett. Fingers crossed this sells out fast and they give a big bump to tower two.

Does anyone have schematics of the final iteration? Based on what I saw, the first setback was originally between floor 34 --> 35 but they are currently on 36 with no setback. Unless the elevator numbers in my last set of pictures are incorrect

I feel like I stumble across some new view angle every time the crane jumps-- took this from the LaSalle St bridge today, and you can see the crane in the lower left:

This spiky little segment of the skyline is one of my favorites, so I'm glad it's getting another spike! The proportions should complement the Mather Tower pretty well.

If you stand at the Wabash Ave bridge, you can finally start to see the crane peaking over the horizon of other buildings

I love the B1M! The video came up on my YouTube feed last night and I never clicked so hard and fast to watch a video

Still no setback, but I took some pics from Milton Lee Olive park on Sunday:

Also I saw some great pics by @inairshare_designer on insta from the top of the Nuveen building-- from the Loop perspective, 400LSD is filling a pretty big gap:

I only had one battery after work, but I still managed to get decent shots. It seems like the setbacks might be starting?

Sick footage!! Love seeing this thing in context with all the other streeterville towers. I walked by today and couldn't quite tell, but it looks like they've completed the first setback floor. Interested to see it as the screening moves upward

For me, the thing that will make or break this building is gonna be those setbacks. I want to love this building, but that facade isn't doing anything for me, and it doesn't stand out - Yet.

Very hopeful that the setbacks will make this building shine.

They’ve started installing the second group of temporary elevators on the north side of the building. Guess it’s getting too tall for one bank!

Some pics from yesterday-- I'm pretty sure they're working on the first setback. If you look closely, you can see the new floors have higher ceilings, which makes sense for the mechanical section (the last full-floorplate floor) and amenity floor (the first setback + terraces).

They're also making a ton of progress on the base!

I do like that it's more than just a basic box. Those angles do a lot.
