I think the mid columns might be slightly smaller since it's only going to be 2 floors, right?

That's one of the things that annoys me with their presentation. Multiple renders showing new and old designs....I still don't know what the taper change is on the residential portion...

To me they look to be 3 stories tall. The completed one further down looks to be two stories. But that is just what I gather from the blueprint that was posted above.

3 and a half floors of the EXTRA tall - next 3 penthouse height office floors - is what I read from the posted drawing. Those are going to be real tall columns.

Are you sure? There are some recent renders that just show 2 floors?

Well there is that too. I really do not know what is the most recent...even their web site is very confusing. It has old and current? all mixed up.

The columns do look to be exactly 3 office floors tall. If the floors are 14’ they would be 42’ and if they’re 16’ it would be 48’. Either way pretty massive.

Although it's right at the same height as the Waterline, I do get a bit of a melancholy feeling each time a new supertall building goes up in NYC nearby (and creeping in on) the Empire State Building and Crysler Building....

It remains to be seen how it will ultimately turn out, but it's worth noting that the tile work here looks better (IMO) that these photos portray. So long as the remainder of this side doesn't end up like the Fairmont's empty sidewalks, this stretch of Red River could end up looking pretty nice.

I think it may have been from Curlee Capital's Facebook page?

Unfortunately not, those renderings were posted to their Facebook in 2022, while they were posted here in 2020.
