Bomber staff have moved in the offices. And Taylor Swift is more pop than country these days. my daughter is extremely happy to see a tickey under the tree this year

More than enough rudeness to go around. I'm guilty as well (my final act will be to say 'you started it' to the guy taking the shot at Riverman).

Had to lower the bar a bit so that it makes improvement easier. Deep breaths all around people.

Enough with the off-topic discussion.

The facts of the current stadium situation are roughly as follows:

- CanadInns Stadium was found to be unsafe.
- Upgrades to address safety issues were approaching the cost of a new buildings.
- Two private investors, both with histories of backing the team, came forward with seperate proposals for a new stadium.
- One proposal was selected, development of the original site.
- That private investor then changed their proposal to the U of M site.
- After a location and design were finalized and construction started the private investor walked away from the deal.

At that point what would have been preferable, leave the construction "as-is" at that point in time *or* put in public money to finish the project and attempt to recover those funds from its operation?

Please just stop with the grumpy old man rhetoric already. It has nothing to do with the topic of this thread and only leads to polluting it. Enough is enough.

The new stadium was designed to maintain the north/south end-zones so the east v west side will still exist.

Silence. Last construction photos posted were from the week of January 11. It'll be open for the season. Office staff were supposed to have moved over in January. I'm assuming training staff, etc were the same. Looks like they had the locker room completed (for the most part) a while back.

Wow, those seats are STILL not installed. Must be waiting for spring, I can't see any other reason why they're not in yet. In general, looking good!
