Omg same. I am obsessed with the toothpick partitions too. It's all very Jetsons

We need more towers / mid-rise projects that curve around their surroundings. SXSW is a great example, but I' love to see that in the hills.

Unfortunately I doubt it. The article uses rounded numbers throughout and longhorn cattle as a unit of weight.

Also, there is only one Jenga tower: 56 Leonard in New York City (see below). The Independent is a stacked box building, of which there are many around the country, and is far from Austin's coolest building.
