This is the best copper imitation I've seen. I wish One Cathedral Square would have used that same material.

The notch on the left allows tenants to see outside, while simultaneously letting natural light inside. I presume they changed the material since the cladding to the right was planned to be opaque glass, but I'd rather see opaque glass. Overall, I'm still really pleased with the tower, the design is pretty basic and extremely modern, while the green metal cladding makes the building pop

I know how windows work I was just wondering why they'd choose to make the stop look strange. Overall it's a win for sure. The cladding is amazing. I just stare at this building out my window all day so it bugs me lol

Will we ever get good retail in Philly? This seems like the PERFECT spot for a Container Store -- imagine how many college students would shop there.
