You think this breaks ground before the end of the year?

Hopefully the height remains similar to the original proposal. I think it will complement 6xGuadalupe very well from the N-S.

The site plan was approved and released today. Hopefully we'll get elevations this week so we can put a height on it.

The building permit was posted online today, and it says this is 63-stories. The elevations should also be released soon, and we can finally determine the height.

If it's going to be 63 stories, 674' would be less than 11 ft per floor, which seems low. Even if it were 12 ft per floor, that would be at least 756 ft height. I think we can expect it to be at least mid 700's, possibly taller.

Floor counts aren't 100% accurate on the building permits. We still need to see the approved elevations.

Wow, this thing is going to be a beast. What is the average height for residential vs commercial floors?

Based on the above attachment, It could be 792'6" (see page 5 of 36).

However, Page 10 indicates 770'6"...Quite a difference.

It may not be too long. A link to the "Approved plans" was added to the approved & released site plan today. But the file isn't available yet.

For whatever reason, the City sometimes attaches a jsp file with no data before attaching the actual file.
