Have made alot of progress on the 23rd floor walls and post forming and pouring. There is a architectural bump-out in the NE corner for floors 23 and 24 and also appears to have something on the SE corner. These design elements require custom forming and are taking longer then the previous cookie cutter forming on the prior floors.

Now forming for the 24th floor slab on the south end. The SE corner has a step back in the design which i believe carries on to the 31st floor.

LFP has an article about soaring rents which has a nice photo showing York's 31s King St building and in the background Ayerswood 25s building off Dundas St.

York has now got most of the 25th floor walls and posts formed and poured on the south end while Ayerswood has now got the east side 24th floor walls poured.

Looks like all concrete forming operations are still shutdown at the site after the accident.

Concrete forming has slowly restarted since the accident. Working on the 26th floor now. Also truck onsite delivering drywall today so likely making progress on the interior of the lower floors.

Progress on completing the 26th floor is still slow. Working on the 27th floor slab forming is still underway on the north end. They will likely be doing the final tower crane lift in the near future as well.

Alot of the 27th floor walls and posts are now poured. They will need to do the final tower crane lift soon as there is very little clearance now for the boom. They have also got the rooftop HVAC chillers delivered on site.

Still no signs of a tower crane lift with no crane sections yet delivered onsite. Forming still for the 28th floor slab on the south end.

York was closed today and there were crane sections laying on the ground this afternoon so I assume the lift was happening. Fun weather to be doing that in.

wow, that looks imposing from that vantage point (much more so than the typical street view, from when I enter/exit the market (which for me is usually the underground parking entrance right across the street).
