We were up there the other day taking a look and holy cow those views are top notch. Mt. Baker was lookin mint. Area has a lot of similar qualities to Lower Lonsdale I find, just better weather.

It's unfortunate that downtown New Westminster is otherwise in a really rough shape. I took transit to work on Monday and from Skytrain one could see open drug use and drugged out people laying on three alleys between Columbia and New Westminter stations, not to mention a drugged out couple getting on our Vancouver-bound train. I was shocked to see such a decline during a quick ride through the area and it reminded me of drivinh through DTES maybe 10 years ago.
