The staging area looks a bit wider than the building itself, or at least as wide. That thing is skiiiiiiinneeeeeee.

I think this one is going to be surprising. It's seriously skinny, in a way I don't think the renderings get across. I can't wait for this one to get above the neighboring theaters, because I think that's when it'll really start to shine.

I'm liking those bike lanes for photo ops. No more creeping out from under the trees with an eye to traffic.

You should still watch for traffic since bike lanes are traffic lanes. For some reason so many people think bike lanes are sidewalks.

Oh, I know. If I'm in the bike lane at all it's because I'm on my bike.

Now that the basementing is done, that thing is going to shoot up, IMO.

I was just thinking that, too! Was wondering how many rooms per floor they're going to end up having. That footprint is hella skinny.

Yep....gotta have the elevators AND two staircases! I'm impressed they actually made it work in such a thin building, tbh

Let's hope so! This is an underrated project and important for that area. 8th and congress? Not many tall buildings in that part, just the thicc omni! Lol
