Another great shot Harley. It's amazing to be able to see the Nation Rise wind farm from so far away - I assume that's where the turbines are. I think the most southerly turbine is about ~73KM away from King Mountain just south of Brinston. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Ki...!4d-75.8620656

There's actually a government database/map of every single wind turbine in the country: https://search.open.canada.ca/openma...6-c26d718cc070

That Canadian Wind Turbine Database is very cool, but it must be out of date, as it shows just 10 turbines near South Mountain. There are more than that in the photo.

That Western skyline is going to be quite a dramatic backdrop to Parliament in a few years.

I mean, we have some red brick, buff brick, teal glass, the O-Train pylons. We'll have the AC Marriott's red whatever that is, Envie's LED strips. As far as Ottawa streets go, this isn't bad. But Royale will be a dark presence once complete.

Cross-post 3, Rideau looking very urban. Almost Yonge Street-esque.

This seems like a better spot for rapid transit though:

Good thing they can walk a block west to rideau station. A rideau/montreal corridor above a surface tram would be a much worse opportunity cost than a few infill stations
