It seems weird that they have that one small section where they do full floor to ceiling glass versus everywhere else that have like 2feet of spandrel

Thanks for the updates!

As for the building, not a good start. It looks like a mess.

Ummm... I'm not sure if any amount of yellow balcony glass can save this tower.

Wow, is this thing ever ugly.

I thought we were past this type of tower in Downtown Van?

Agreed, it is ugly. But then, this is "downtown south" and some of the other buildings in the 'hood are even uglier.

You are looking at tall towers on prime lots in Van: they usually look like this. For the small handful of fancier buildings recently completed or under construction right now, they are usually either the short stubby ones or are tucked at some obscure corners of dowtown. The Grace next block to the north is a prime example of something very unique but very rare in downtown Vancouver.

Cheap junk, and it is probably ludicrously overpriced and barely marketed to locals.

I'm pretty sure that it is condos and not rental. It's Wall Financial.

The podium is rentals, the tower is condos.

Edit: Or maybe not, it appears from some comments in this thread that it's 100% rental??

This building is 100% rentals.

Don't know why people are calling it overpriced when clearly they haven't seen the prices...
