It will be only 9 feet shorter than Spring, and the crown won't be that tall, so I would think the roof would be higher than the beam of the crane.

Nice pictures.

I am not sure how to feel about the facade. I actually like it, but it almost feels too coordinated with the Spring, Monarch, and Gables. It appears that Seaholm and Greenwater will be more of a white and less of a cream color. If those buildings are a bit different, I think it will work together well for cohesion without everything looking too similar.

I'm glad it's meshing well with those others. It would look really strange to have it be too different from those others given how close it is to them.

Great pics!! Clearly the BOWIE isn't going up nearly as fast as some other condos like the Catherine (for example). Not sure why.....

From 3/25:

I didn't anticipate 7Rio being this visible from this bridge.

The western end of downtown is really starting to show itself.

Yep, heh. Love it here, so much that soon I will no longer be considered a visitor.

Oh man it's gonna be taller than the Monarch soon, I'm excited-- a building this big is going to be great for density.

The shot from the Pfluger bridge keeps getting better. What's happening with this part of town is incredible.
