I really like what that solar wall looks like in the distance on the 107 Street Office Building (actual name is escaping me)
I had bitched about it before, but looks like I've been served some crow...

It is a special material used in these applications for urban dog parks etc. Permeable and easy to wash down. I believe they have drainage beneath.

That shouldn't excuse the dog owners from picking up their dog's shit. You better have baggies available!

There will be a dog ambassador group helping manage it and yes, we should work to ensure onsite baggies. That said, most owner have their own.

I thought there would be real grass. Who is going to water the planters? 4 City workers in 2 trucks employed to water the planters for the bike lanes. Way to many planters in the bike lanes - taxpayers going to bitch about it - like me. I can see some and the beginning and end of each street - but not all the way along. Its overkill and costs $$$ to manage that.

Son of a gun. We can't have anything nice around here without someone complaining.

We can have a lot of nice things "around here" - we just need to increase property and income taxes to pay for it.

There is plenty of real grass. Those who care for their plots from the spigot. Planters are a wonderful, if not exceptional addition.

I honestly wonder if these kinds of comments resonate with you or if you complain to complain.

ALL of these additions are very positive.

Look at the bigger picture my friend.
