The small army of construction workers about 18' from my kitchen... Though the saving grace is that this means they are moving pretty quickly. I guess with this developer mostly handling projects in West Campus previously they are used to the tighter time frames

Was this the tower that had a rendering of the cool little bungalow bar “rebuilt” midway up into the actual tower ? Is that still happening or was that value engineered out? Or did I imagine that

The was the Modern which is being built just up the street. The elevated bungalow is no longer part of that plan.
