Hurricane Sandy, which is on a direct path to come ashore somewhere between DC and Boston as a weak Category 1/strong tropical storm. More alarmingly, a massive cold weather front is moving easterly over the Midwest right now, and could merge with the hurricane right as it comes ashore, ala the "Perfect Storm" of 1991. Basically, we're staring down the barrel of a very strong nor'easter. It should have no effect on 1WTC, but we are going to be either very lucky (ala Irene), or be dumped on circa this Monday/Tuesday with a pound of snow or rain or a mix combined with gale force winds. Happy Halloween!
