How do come to that conclusion? Over some balcony railings that could be put up in a week or two in a pinch?

Please stop saying it.

Even if I'm right only once on a day 24H clock, I'm gonna shout from the rooftops.

Oh, for Pete's sake. Y'know there's 1.6 million square feet to bring to base building behind Brookfield's curtain wall. How many times must I bring up the scheduled delivery date before you get a clue? You really think the strike will prolong One Bloor's completion for more than year?

Please let it go. If need be say, "bump"

My post was very open ended, I don't see why you even needed to reply.

Because we don't need to wait. It's quite clear which will be completed first as it has a ridiculously large lead.

That's not my reasoning for my response either. You don't need to repeat every month or two that you feel this is even a race over some superficial balcony railings.

That's it from me. You want to continue being a fool well, I did my best.

The exoskeleton is almost finished, and by the looks of it from your photo koops, prep work for condo construction on the roof has already begun.

It's excellent to watch the building transform from week to week, and the best part is yet to come still...

How many different styles of cladding will they use? It's unfortunate to see so much spandrel glass which is also hiding the new steel skeleton below.

Great updates Caltrane. I'm liking One Bloor alot more now with the opaque balcony glass going in.

More One Bloor, taken by me this evening:

#9. Massey Tower, 208 metres, 60 storeys
Only a few more floors and it'll clear the surrounding buildings, and then hopefully it takes off for the sky...

Where do you see spandrel glass?
