I'm jealous of the surprise they'll have when it finally overtakes the RATR and puts it's stamp on the skyline. This one is going to be a gem.
Yea I’m looking forward to this one being completed too. Do you think it will still have a large impact on the skyline when viewed from the north though? From the south it will definitely be great but will RATR actually take away from it’s splendor? Hopefully not. Nothing against RaTR, I know it called dibs first.

From the renderings, it looks like most of the W's crown is above RATRs so I don't think it will impact it. Maybe from Dillworth Park or somewhere extremely close by, but for the most part, I think this baby is going to shine through from the north.

The angle I'm really curious about is from the Delaware looking west. I don't think there have been any renderings showing it from the east.

It’d have to be decorated by Chevy Chase on Christmas to be seen from Jersey City

^ It does look like the setbacks near the top are starting to come, as you can see the back of the building reaching farther up.

Love getting your updates!
Noticing various changes in the edges of the floors already. See the west end of the south side, and the south corner of the east side. The last couple floors also have more buldges further east on edges the south face.

I’m sure the view from the City Hall Tower observation deck will be good.

Should be decent. I think it will actually be better from the Alexander observation deck. Not sure if it's open just yet, but it should be soon. I'm looking forward to checking it out!

The Alexander's going to have an observation deck? How the hell did I not hear about this?

Unless you're a resident in the building or brought there by a resident, it is not open to the public is my understanding.

I assume this is why these uppermost floors are taking longer to complete than the previous floors.

What a complicated building. I'd hate to be fitting the glass.
