There are no development plans on file with the City. But they previously received a ZC for 350' building heights, and there is a site plan awaiting approval for partial demolition of the site and construction of two roads. The outlined portion is set for demo:

Demo work in progress W Braker Ln & Kramer Ln

Corner of Kramer Ln and W Braker Ln:
I didn't get any photos, but the demolition work is almost complete for the properties where Culver's and Copenhagen Imports was located. I think this is going to be a five story apartment building with around 396 units.

Crane Up

I went to the laser wash on Braker yesterday and saw a crane that appeared to be for Brockton? Anyone confirm this?

Also, is there a snowball's chance in hell the Wilson thing will happen in this economy?

Not that I could find. I'm thinking if anything, It'll match the current hotel facade giving it'll only be 8 stories.

This is behind a paywall, but it has a basic plan for the expansion alongside Esperanza Crossing. Not a schematic, per se.

The article is referencing a zoning change from yesterday's CC meeting in the N. Burnet Gateway area - 420' in this case. There is no project planned. The ABJ tends to write articles about tower plans when their is only a zoning change.

Ah, I don't ever have full access which is why I've been unaware of their information being redundant. I'll hold back on posting links from them.

I'll mention an address when I know it. Or the cross streets even. Otherwise, a quick search of the name should reel it up for anyone interested in learning more. Thanks to our ancient forum mobile uploads take a bit more work. Enjoy the pics
