They don't allow it - it's explicitly written in probably every condo's bylaws.

Problem is, nobody enforces it unless a neighbour complains. When I was renovating my unit, my contractors piled quite a bit of debris for at least a week on the balcony. No complaints or follow ups were had.

I have to say I am not digging Harbour Plaza. I guess I don't have to like everything tall.....something about the balconies.

It looks spectacular in certain light. Otherwise, I don't care for it either. It doesn't photograph well.

The nice looking one is Menkes, the disgusting tower with the RBC logo is Oxford.
