We need more of THIS in our neighborhoods! GREAT infill, much much much more human scale than some of these bland high-rises.

Well of course highrises aren't going to go on Moreland Avenue in East Atlanta.

Well yea, but I think he's talking about not every project needing to be 200+ apartments, etc.

I agree completely. Really impressed with this development in regards to size and function (not necessarily architectural style & completely ignoring parking for the moment). Similar projects would fit in all over Atlanta. North Highland, Moreland, Georgia Ave, Lee Street, Ralph David Albernathy, Joseph E. Lowery, Joseph E. Boone, and potentially 14th St. NW come to mind.

I agree. This is an example of the "missing middle" that the zoning rewrite hopes to encourage more of in the city. We have gotten SFH's, townhomes, 200-400 unit apartment buildings and almost nothing else in terms of new construction lately.

I walk the Beltline almost daily and its amazing to see this start to become visible, it will create somewhat of a "wow factor", "canyon"......
