So many transformative projects!
As for Bartram's Village. I'd love to see usable roofs for the townhouses. Like roof decks. Or even green roofs rather than the pitched roofs they're adding. I guess that would be cost prohibitive.
I'm thinking they were having problems with the flat roofs that prompted these renovations.
Good to see a makeover tho. All the renderings, it, in the end, comes down to materials/quality.

Construction Tops Out At 2101 Washington Avenue In Graduate Hospital

Designed by JKRP Architects and developed by OCF Realty, the project spans the north side of the block between South 22nd and South 23rd streets. The sizable structure rises from a 49,800-square-foot footprint and will offer 195,131 square feet of interior space, which will include nearly 40,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space. Permits list OCF Construction LLC as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $40 million. Construction work also continues at the townhouse portion of the project, which consists of 40 four-story, two-family dwellings, arranged in two rows of 20 and separated by a mid-block drive aisle. The typical structure will span 2,416 square feet and will feature a roof deck and parking.

Construction Advances At 4240 Chestnut Street In Spruce Hill

The development will span 141,928 square feet, of which nearly 40,000 square feet will be used as office. Apartment sizes will likely average at just below 800 square feet each. Permits list Intercultural Family Services as the owner, Morris Clarke as the design professional, and HC Pody Company as the contractor. Construction costs are indicated at $15.3 million.

Permits list Turn Key Realty as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $15 million.
