Do we know the current approximate height? It's definitely in 2nd place now I'd estimate somewhere in the mid 700s.

Also I kinda like the senior housing building. I think it should be renovated and it probably will at some point but it reminds me of something you'd see in Chicago or a northeastern city and we don't really have anything else like it except maybe the tower east of 35 which is currently going through renovation.

Maybe 15 floors from the amenity level up to the top of the core, so 775ft?

I'm eager to see how this looks when it's topped out and how it will impact the skyline. I've gone to Domain and drove down this weekend, drove from East to downtown and went to Barton Springs Square... very exciting for the city

They have started defining the horizontal 2 story residential squares below the balconies! It is looking really great! I am very impressed so far in The Waterline.
