Bummer. Would a purchaser get the lot zoned for 20 floors? Looks a bit like a Toronto-style zoning pump

^ This one barely qualifies as "unbuilt" IMO. Other than a pretty sketch, there was not much actual work that happened on this one - just an idea.

Yes the zoning remains in place for the next owner and developer.

It is really too bad that it is so cumbersome to post images on here...I have tons of renderings, but it is such a time consuming process to post.
This would've been nice across from 634 Portage if they both went through.
