This one is moving so slowww. I wouldn't be surprised if the 8th and washington project doesnt start until 2024ish.

The early stages of most construction is slow. they have to pour floors with different designs, sizes and purposes. When they get to the residential floors, which are mostly the same it will go up much faster

Yea, just looking at the core in the skyline, I think the shape of the tower will be pretty chunky. Turns out this will actually be right next to City Hall from my NJ spot, not directly in front of it. I can probably see the crane from there, will capture soon
