10th floor slab is now poured and the 10th floor walls and posts forming is starting for the south tower. With the 10th floor walls poured they will have reached the 25% of the 40s south tower height of residential floors milestone. The south tower will clear the middle base linking to the north tower once completed. Should see an external construction elevator installed soon for the south tower. Most likely side will be the south side along Fullerton with easy access for truck unloading. Alternatively they may install the elevator on the west side.

Most of the 10th floor walls and posts are now poured in the south tower with some forming for the 11th floor slab on the west side. Forming for the L2 floor slab along the NE wall of the pit progressing well. They have lifted out the excavator from the pit and work continues with the L3 walls and posts in the NW side of the pit. They have been taking away the construction trailers and cleaning up the Talbot St pedestrian scaffolding for some reason. Not clear if it is in preparation to use that space for future concrete delivery's or setup of external elevator for south tower.

11th floor walls and posts are now poured for the south tower and forming for the 12th floor slab is well under way. The south tower is now clear of the middle podium structure connecting it to the north tower.

They have now poured some of the 12th floor slab on the west side of the south tower and have started setting up 12th floor wall forms. They are also now setting up the twin cab construction elevator on the south side along Fullerton St. Twin cabs make for much more efficient movement of workers and materials as it reduces the amount of time spent waiting for the elevator.

Forming now up for the 13th floor slab in the south tower. Have now poured the NE corner L2 floor slab and have nearly finished pouring the L2 walls and posts along the entire east side of pit. Forming is now going in for the L2 floor slab and ramp from the L3 to L2 level along the west side of pit.

Looks like another big concrete pour today with half a dozen concrete trucks on site. Hard to tell now that they have closed the sidewalks along Talbot St and Dufferin. Not sure why the Dufferin Ave portion needs to be closed?

Forming for the 14th floor slab has started on the south tower. Forming for the L1 slab in the SE corner of pit has also started.

Thanks for sharing. I haven't been downtown much since the pandemic (I WFH now) and your first image is mighty impressive. It really shows the scale of this development quite well.

So great to see that the bombed-out war zone of wasteland parking Farhi lots is being diminished.

Its worth noting that the photo clearly shows that the 10th floor has a taller floor height then the other floors so far. Wonder if this will be repeated for the 20th, 30th and 40th floors? The units on the 10th floor will enjoy taller ceiling heights.
