Too bad most of that density, at least in the CBD, is all empty office space and not actual vibrant residential density.

Although that is improving slowly but surely...

Amazing how a built on the cheap, single platform, 12 minute service "rapid" transit station can attract soo much development. Dear lord it needs a major upgrade before the new Civic opens.

Moon from an angle is ok, but from the face, it just looks like one very wide building.
