Eve Park condo building 2 now has the 3rd floor walls installed. Should see some of the 4th floor prefab wood flooring installed by end of week. Sifton is pouring the north end of the Candela Condo ground floor slab today. Still working on forming the L1 walls and posts on the west side of the Candela condo tower however. The retail plaza at Kains Rd and Sandy Somerville now is getting the exterior wall steel framing installed on some of the 3 buildings. Likely take another month to complete the under slab utility conduits before we see the floor concrete slabs poured.
Building 2 of Eve Park is now topped out. Have to complete the roof top trim and finish up the exterior trim and we should see the windows and doors being installed in the next few weeks as well as the flat membrane roof. Lots of earth moving on the site of buildings 3 and 4 has been happening as well. Not clear yet if they plan to immediately start on the remaining two buildings or will pause to allow the first two to be complete. Lots of forming for the L1 slab in the pit of the Candela condo building and the Spektra building yet to do as there is a fairly large area to build.

They have poured a section of the south end of the ground floor slab in the Candela condo as well as pouring a section of the L2 floor slab on the east side of the condo. Still working on forming and steel rebar for the ground floor slab of the Spektra apartment building on the northeast side of the pit. The 2nd Eve Park condo building is getting the flat roof installed now. The retail plaza at the RiverBend gatehouse entrance is starting to get the roofing installed and the window and doorway framing. Wall sheeting has also started on all three of the buildings as well.
They were pouring another section of the ground floor slab on the north end of the Candela condo today. Forming for the L1 slab on the east side of the condo pit continues. They have also poured the ground floor slab under the Spektra apartment building and forming continues on the below grade parking levels at that end of the pit. Eve Park condo building 2 has now got the flat roof installed but have not started yet on the windows. The commercial buildings at the gatehouse entrance to the golf course have now got the wall cladding installed and a couple of the buildings have now got the windows and doors installed as well.
Forming for the L1 slab on the east side of the Candelo condo pit continues on the south side with the north side L1 slab now poured. They have also poured some of the ground floor elevator/stairwell shaft walls for the Spektra apartment building and forming continues on the below grade parking levels at that end of the pit. Eve Park condo building 1 has now got the structural steel for the vertical car parking structure installed.
They were pouring the south section of L1 floor slab today just east of the Candela condo footprint. In an interesting design they are using structural steel for the Spectra rental building. Have been installing the first two floors of structural steel around the concrete elevator/stairwell shafts. This was also done with the Riverstone Retirement residence buildings next door.
Mobile crane being used to install the car park lift tower structures in building two of the Eve Park condos today. Slowly installing the window opening wrap material in preparation for the window module installation in building two. Building one is getting exterior trim installed on the floor transitions. No sign yet of the rest of the exterior finishing.
Ground floor elevator/stairwell shaft concrete is now poured on the Candela condo building. Have started forming and pouring of the L1 walls and posts immediately to the east of the condo base. Have also now poured another section of L1 slab to the east of that. The Spectra rental building has got the structural steel installed up to the 2nd floor level now.
Eve Park condos have started installing the exterior siding on building one and windows on building two. The Candela condo now has the ground floor walls of the elevator/stairwell shafts poured. Working on the L1 floor slab further east in the pit.
The 6s Spectra rental building now has most of the 2nd floor precast floor slabs installed. Also close to pouring the ground floor slab immediately south of the 6s. The commercial/retail buildings are now enclosed at the entrance to River Bend with the insulation board. Not clear if they will be finishing the exterior walls with stone and brick or going with stucco.
Mobile crane lifting more of the structural steel that will enclose the parking lifts. Slowly installing the vertical siding on the first building on the first two floors and installing the balcony door units as well. They are mostly working on the underground parking structure between the two buildings now trying to get it to ground level. The retail buildings at the entrance to River Bend are getting the exterior brick and stone installed now with the middle building mostly completed.
They have now completed the exterior wall structural steel installs for the two Eve Park buildings parking structure. The Spektra apartment building has now got the 3rd floor pre cast concrete floor slabs installed and they are well along on installing the 3rd/4th floor structural steel beams. Pouring another section of ground floor slab for the parking garage between the two buildings. No progress at all on the Candela condo building as they appear to be focusing on the parking garage structure. They have been installing exterior brick on the 3 commercial/retail buildings at the entrance to River Bend.

Also the construction fencing has been removed on phase 2 of the Riverstone development. They are just finishing up the exterior cladding it looks like.
They have now poured the 4th floor elevator stairwell shafts for the 6s Spektra apartment building. Should see the 5th floor precast floor slabs being installed very soon. Have now started forming the first above ground walls for the parking garage between the 8s and 6s buildings.
They have landed the 5th floor precast slabs on the 6s Spektra rental building. Should see the structural steel going in for the 5th and 6th floors starting this week. Also forming for the 5th floor elevator/stairwell shaft. The 8s Candela condo building has had no progress so far. The Eve Park condos are making progress with the first building getting the exterior siding installed on the west side now. Appears they have got most of the interior drywall installed as well. The commercial retail buildings at the gate house entrance to River Bend have all the brick and stone work completed now. Final touch-ups for the portion of the exterior that has stucco left to do. The parking lot has been graded so likely to see the asphalt contractor soon.
