Our intrepid Kelowna skyscraper forum reporter Wisla is MIA, he must have discovered either girls, booze, weed or a combination of the three. His pictures he promised me in August of 2006 have yet to materialize!

I think it has to go through a fourth and final reading to be put into effect. With the make-up of the new council, it is very questionable whether or not it will get through, unfortunately. Could be a lot of time & money down the drain...

The photos I was planning to take are gonna be a bit delayed. I was wrestling with the wires to upload some photos and managed to drop my camera, which is now pretty messed up and the lens won't come out...so it might be a couple more weeks...

There were two active Kelowna forum members, one seems to have fallen off the face of the earth (mackeast) and the other is too stoned all the time (wisla krakow)
