I wanted to go out this morning and get some shots from Zilker/ Auditorium Shores, but almost all of the snow south of the river melted overnight. By sunrise it was just about all brown.

Saw a photo on another board (Surly Texas) taken this evening of the Fairmont with “Sark” and a Bevo logo lit up in Burnt Orange covering almost the entire facade.
Pretty cool.
(Sorry, I have no idea who the photographer is)

Someone filmed the drive-through trail of lights with a 360-degree camera attached to their car.

Be sure to swipe or mouse to the right or left so you can actually see the holiday lights and not just the tail lights of the car in front of you.

I'm always surprised by how large it appears.

This is from a apartment posting on Trulia for the Residences at Triangle State, and it's an angle we don't see very often.

It's so funny how I used to consider Triangle/NorthLoop "North Austin" lol

You kinda forget how close downtown is from there. Great shot!

I went out late this afternoon for some pics. I started just going to Garrison Park and Crockett High in South Austin, but then I got my nerve up to ride my bicycle all the way downtown - because why the hell not? The phone's dead and my appendages are cold, so I'll have to get the photos posted up ASAP.
