About what floor do we think the Waterline will be up to by the end of 2024? I believe it's supposed to top out mid 2025 or so.

This diagram has been fairly accurate to date.

If 19 floors are to be completed between Sept and February, at 8 days per floor, that would be Floor 56 by New Years Day.

hmmm...

Anybody know what's going on here?

Or here:

I can't see anything like that in any of the renders that I've seen, so far.

Those are just structural columns. Sometimes they happen to be engineered that way. Windows will hide them so they aren’t visible on any renderings. Also, that street light in the pic really hurt my brain.

Thanks for sharing this. 56-ish floors by NYE would be great.

The orientation of this building alone makes such an impact to the area.

They're now pouring the exposed beams between the office and residential sections. The hike and bike trail is detoured until October through one of the new Waller Creek suspension bridges and you can finally get a sense for how awesome this area will be once completed. Other photos include a view of this building peeking out from 2nd & Congress, and some of the nice stone trim on what will be the hotel lobby.

Excellent photo updates today!

I'm surprised that the Travis doesn't have a website up. Most Apt projects would have one up by now. The nearby 700 River and the Paseo have one for example.

Maybe because those aren’t as high end so they can get them to market quicker. I know there were some delays on the Travis, maybe that coupled with lower market demand right now they’re not rushing it? Also curious if the developer of 700 river needed those leases secured sooner for financial reasons?

In my opinion, it's going to look sexy from this angle too.
