Damn - those are pretty good. I wasn't excited for it, but One York has become my favourite of the latest crop of office construction. As the balconies rise on Harbour Plaza my opinion is beginning to change as well.
I'm starting to like them more as well now with the balcony glass progressing up them. Also when I first glanced at this picture I thought the new office tower was a proposal outline.

The more I see the balconies, the more this is growing on me and I like how Harbour Plaza is turning out. I haven't seen them in person yet, so may change my mind, but so far so good to me.
Mohkínstsis — 1.6 million people at the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains, 400 high-rises, a 300-metre SE to NW climb, over 1000 kilometres of pathways, with 20% of the urban area as parkland.
At least it looks like a good building to be featured in a electronic style music video.

I think Harbourplaza is fine, it is a little bit different than the surrounding Office Towers and Condos because of the balcony design. No harm no foul in my books.
As for One Bloor, it has topped out at least the concrete superstructure has. So it will be clad, what difference that additional cladding will make is probably negligible.
