BVic: is that a corridor view between HRC and Columbus Plaza? If yes, then that should be a long term or "permanent" (if there is such a thing), point of visual access.

^Imagine, being able to do that on the entire building when it is completed. There's going to be a lot of great photography of this building when it is finished...Looking forward to that!

I will say this for LakeShoreEast. They did a pretty good job on the site plan and squeezing in all these little view coridors.
Even if you're on a low floor on the east side, you get a view of the lake.

At least until they build all the highrises along LSD.
That scene that harrryc is capturing is just awesomely beautiful but it makes me want to go with a wrecking ball and level the Wacker ramps in a bad way to make all right with the world.
Since the balconies are going to be all different sizes, I wonder if that makes any difference to the price of the units. All other things being equal, I sure as hell wouldn't want to pay the same as someone who has twice the balcony I have.
Aqua is prgressing really fast. And from a lot of angles, the facade already has it's final appearance. In that last photo of Wrabbit's, on the north face, you wouldn't even see any of the glass if it was there. So except for the paint, that's the final look of the building.
Also, I was kinda on the fence regarding the black window frames, but they're growing on me.
