Stupid question time - do they need to be quite sure of the weather to pour concrete, or does rainfall not really affect it while it sets?

They will cover it with tarps if it rains (or snows) .

pegs used to tie off the re-bar around the columns (places of high tension), and the post tension cable heads in the recesses.

Can't believe how fast this sensual tower is rising, glad it will be sort of obstructing the view of Dump Tower from some vantage points soon.

Also, despite the Trump stamp, that tower is a damn fine piece of architecture. I wouldn't want any views of it blocked, only the removal of his tacky sign.
