8 Spruce St in Manhattan has very similar height and dimensions to this building. Gives a good perspective of what this will look like when done.

So I'm sitting across the street at a sushi restaurant from 99 Hudson and I noticed the cladding on the ground floor is being installed. This one is going to be suburb guys! It looks like stone panels. Not cheap.

I didn't realize this was a U-shaped floor plate in the massing. Which will look awkward from some angles.
