If this comes to be, then it means Hainan cannot fly PEK-YUL, as China has a one route/one airline policy for its carriers.
SkyGreece is starting one weekly service to ATH next week aboard a 274-seat B763.
TS is starting service to Budapest on June 17. One weekly service aboard A332 until October 7.
Also, AC is resuming YUL-MEX as of June 5 on a seasonal basis.

LH is adding one rotation to its FRA-YUL service which it resumed last year. going from 5x weekly to 6x weekly.
BTW, 2015 Q1 passenger numbers are out, and YUL edged out YYC so far in the first quarter of the year. If this trend continues, YUL will regain 3rd spot in the country.
Also, rumors of Icelandair starting YUL. No official word from the airline yet. They announced resumption of service to Chicago earlier this week with no mention of YUL.
