Though it is cool how the painted brick ad has been exposed (at least for a brief time) after being hidden from view for decades. You can also see how it was "cut off" at the top meaning that building most likely had additional floors at one time. (There were actually several structures around the area there that have "lost" floors over time believe it or not.)
Not sure if Brickstone bought it or not. Apparently they don't even own the parking lot in back according to the site plan I saw posted on Chestnut Street (tried to get a pic but too blurry) They are just "borrowing" a large portion of it to store equipment it seems. Oh, and the remaining fraction of the lot is *still* open for business even though they can fit probably a dozen cars at the very most....
