These are pretty fuzzy but I still thought they were interesting.

A general view of the Halifax peninsula from Bedford, maybe 6 km away from the closest land on the far side of the water. Downtown is on the left. Most of the highrises on the right side of the photo are new.

That aerial view in the first picture looks so much better now that even a few years ago since so many vacant spots have been filled.

That is a pretty sick shot, although it makes the city look a lot flatter than it really is. The valley between Metrotown and Brentwood, for example, is actually insanely steep, but you sure can't tell from the picture.
