My hope is that they are up grading the quality of the materials they are using. Hopefully the screening will look good. Better than what some of us see in the renderings.

I’d get car sick driving down 12 floors of ramps in that humongous parking garage.

Yeah, garages that big need AI powered elevators. Pull you car onto a platform and the computer decides when to slide it onto the elevator. That way you can go up and down quickly instead of driving for half an hour.

I drove by 6X recently as well as 405 Colorado, taking away the logistical need debate for the size of the parking podium, I have come to the conclusion that they are too big when you have to crane your neck to see the top of them.

But each tenant needs at least 3 parking spaces. I mean, come on... this is Texas.

The siding is going up on the west portion of the parking garage and it is as I feared. It's an ugo grey blank metal wall. Hopefully they find a way to break it up but I'm not counting on it.
