Wow, Indeed Tower looks gigantic in some of these. Does anyone know what the pit north of Seven is for?

Nice pics. That's a rare view of 405 Colorado. I hardly ever see that building poking up.

405 has been moving pretty rapidly for about a month now. About 2-3 floors a week

That is hilarious! I sent it to the bridge designer (based in Florida) so he could see how well his anti-skateboard devices are working.

I'm just trying to figure out what he was trying to accomplish. Riding the arch all the way to the end or just hoping for a happy landing somewhere along the way? I guess he didn't factor in the bounce factor. Hope this doesn't lead to a bunch of copycat daredevils.

Yowza, that's some high-ass resolution. Nice snaps!

Can we get someone to start building something on the Statesman site soon? Anyone? It's time, y'all.

I just realized it looks like they're repainting Windsor on the Park.

Oddly, its still one of my favorite towers. If I recall, it went up pretty fast. Maybe I like it because it was the first to be bold enough to add significant height to that area. And say what we will about stucco, it is easy to maintain and paint and we get an older tower with a nice new look.

"Black Austin Matters" is being painted on S Congress right now. I'm sure there will be a ton of better drone pictures later, here's a screenshot from KXAN's cam:
