It is! I was driving back from Kyle the other day and saw it REALLY far out on 35 and was shocked. The yellow scaffolding makes it stick out even more but it's tall now. It's gonna be a monster!! I'm loving it

I guess it’s around 450’ now. Maybe Kevin knows the height of the change to residential?

Ha. I get exactly 450' when I referenced one of the posted elevations.

Love the friendly height dig lol! That's just his schtick. We're all skyscraper nerds here.
I'm loving the cluster in the last photo. Starting to get closer to critical density!! Yes Austin, yes!!

There is definitely a concrete jungle vibe to the second picture which I find very impressive.

So if it's 450 then it's halfway there.

300 West 6th is 328' tall.

6x does not look like it's even 100' taller yet. I'm estimating it just a little over 400' at the moment, so not quite halfway to the final height of 876'.

Hanover Republic Square and the Indeed tower really helped to break up that 400' plateau. I wish they hid the (window washer?) on the top of the Indeed tower though.

The window washer boom arm is telescopic so it can be tucked away. AusTexDevelopment did a drone flyby of it showing the washer boom.

AusTexDevelopment took some great shots there. I have always wanted to fly in the core of downtown. Always afraid of the mass of people, not knowing where I can take off from and interference from all the metal. So I usually stick to different spots outside of the core.

Wow, I chuckled at first but after looking into the building a little bit, incorporating elements of the surround historic structures into the texture could and would have been amazing. Building in the foreground is over 100 years old. I guess the weird cutout for the house on the NE is the most creative thing they could imagine.

From a friend's insta:

Also, cool that we're getting 321 West, but damn I want the WP Engine building torn down.

Towers has a new article, confirms the 876 height is from adding height to residential floors

I still want to see the updated elevations, assuming there are any.

There's a good chance that we won't see any updated elevations, and this one might remain a question mark as far as the exact height.
