Technically, those are called “lift stations”.

For those who like distant skyline shots, the US 183 project stepped up their webcam game and now have this nice Gigapixel Panorama (that I chopped to post.)

Things will be great when you're downtown.

Some recent pics from my last couple trips downtown. I'm kinda digging the new art. Hopefully when this is all over the plywood can be saved and auctioned off for a good cause.

Great pics, and I can’t tell you how glad I am that all that plywood became art space. I was still working downtown when it started going up and at the time it was one of the most dire things I’ve ever seen.

Edit: Just noticed that he replays the same footage after the 30min mark haha.

Some screenshots:

I'll have to take your word for it. Between the slow movement of the aerials and the mood music, and the length of the video, I kept nodding off. Watching golf helps me to get to sleep also. I'm not knocking the video...what I managed to stay awake for looked amazing. Coincidentally, when I woke up from my last nod off, we were still over Lake Travis, but in the second 30 minute replay. I'm going to watch this again, but next time with 3 or 4 cups of coffee in me. It looks worth the trouble. Appreciated the screen shots of the video.

Put 2x the speed of the video and slow down on parts where you are really interested in

Here's one of my most popular aerial photos of Austin Texas taken back in 2016.

I stuck the image behind a spoiler tag because it's a big'n.

I was on the Porter Jr. High faculty 1969-70. Commuted from 183/North Lamar.
