Also every floor plate is a different size which means it can’t go as fast as a typical tower (in both cases)

The boxy base from some angles reminds of a Borg cube from Star Trek. I'll just imagine office works as drones too for fun.

You know, it'd be cool if they leave that concrete strip with no glass and just paint it so it matches 6XGuad....

I like the slight repurposing of the garage for pickleball. Since that garage has the central AC unit might as well get creative with it since it isn’t going anywhere.
