It's not office, and probably not condos since there is such a glut of condos. Even if the condo market was better, I doubt anyone would want to build there anyway. Could be another homeless shelter, though we already have enough of those. Probably warehouse space.

Exactly why it’d be a great place for a meth clinic or homeless shelter. Alternatively, it would be a good spot for Home Depot.

Very undesirable location. Trains rumbling past constantly, homeless junkies galore. Someone would have to be stupid to develop there. Homeless shelter a perfect use.
It's inner city, which on its own makes it special.
