Would have been nice if they added an entrance from the Mackenzie-King Bridge, or added stairs/elevator outside, but overall this is quite an improvement over a vacant lot and car ramps below.
It's not the tallest building, but does leave quite an impression on the skyline. Especially when looking west from the Laurier/Waller area. Should have taken a pic when I was there on Saturday.

It looks great from the North too. Looking from the King Edward/Byward area it's a much needed contrast to DNDHQ. Looks quite slim from that angle.

Was in that area yesterday. This building is seriously transformative for that area (which is looking pretty good right now).

All that's left is the parking garage, and the opening of the Kettle Island Bridge (which hopefully will come with a reconfiguration of the road network in the area).
I also like the feature on the north face where the window glazing continues to the edge of the balcony. That all glass tower they built in the core a few years ago did that.
