Concrete was recently placed for the first of 14 transfer girders over the underground Marta tunnel at the 1105 West Peachtree project. These bonded post-tensioned concrete girders, ranging from 7-10 feet in overall depth, span between drilled pier deep foundations on each side of the tunnel and provide support for the 20-story condominium tower above.
The 1.75 million square foot project swallows the entire city block bounded by Atlanta’s 12th and 13th streets and West Peachtree Street and Peachtree Walk. The site will eventually house a 30-story office building and a 16 story, 178 key hotel in addition to the condominium tower. -Uzun + Case linkedin page

When is that land south of Skyhouse going to be developed? I know Tech owns it. Hopefully something great gets proposed in the next few years.

absolutely! I walked by this site last weekend and was amazed how large this site is. will really effect the way that area feels.

mark toro lives in the four seasons building and is a managing partner and founder of NAP. This is probably him taking the pictures. I’m sure he would rather promote his own developments

I am pretty sure there will be a webcam for this project. But the development teams don't always make them public.
